Konuralp that appertains to Düzce District, was established upon Bolu City which is an Ancient Rome City "Prusias Ad Hypium".
The museum in which creations that are peculiar to ancient city are on display, was opened in 1994.
In Konuralp Museum, there are 1825 pieces of archeological creations
456 pieces of ethnographic creations
3837 coins.
Totally, 6118 items exist.
The creations in “the Section of Archeology” belong to Neolithic, Late Bronze, Hellenistic and Roman Periods; and they are examples made of terracotta, bronze and glass, and they reflect the different functions and kinds of them. In the same section, there are also foundlings of tombs that were obtained in Çavuşlar Village which is located in Konuralp neighbourhood.
In the Section of Ethnography, creations consisting of clothes, household gears and guns all of which belong to Ottoman Culture of 19th and 20th centuries, are exhibited.
In the Salon of Stone Creations, various statues and architectural pieces made of marble which are peculiar to Prusias City and were obtained in Konuralp.
In the Section of Coins, golden, silver and bronze coins belonging to Greek Cities, Roman Emperors and Ottoman Sultans are chronologically exhibited.
In the museum garden, architectural pieces, grave stelles, sarcophaguses, columns and column headings that were all obtained in Konuralp and pertaining to Roman Period, exist.
